Provide support for SAML integration with PingIdentity

      Problem Definition

      According our latest doc release regarding SAML and Atlassian Account:

      PingIdentity integration is not yet supported for the end user.

            While this is a great feature request, we have decided we will not be working on providing support for Ping Identity as a support identity provider in the immediate future. However, if anything changes, we will reopen this issue and provide new updates. In the meantime, if you would still like to set up SAML single sign-on with Ping Identity please review the instructions to do so here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/saml-single-sign-on-943953302.html.
