      UPDATE 2018-06-13

We understand the limitations of the Managed Accounts screen within admin.atlassian.com. Our product team is working to add more functionality in the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, we can provide a list of billable users that shows the name, email address, and product/site that the user has access to. We can provide this list in CSV format to any Organization Admin on the account. Note that the request must come from a listed Organization Admin, if you are not an Organization Admin, please have that person contact us directly to request this information.

      Problem Definition

Organization admins aren't able to export a list of Managed Accounts in their Organization

      Suggested Solution

Allow Organization Admins to export a list of Managed Accounts to a CSV file

      Why this is important

Organization Admins will need to audit their Managed Accounts to avoid paying the extra $3 per user for users they don't need in their organization.

            Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that CSV export for managed accounts has been available on admin.atlassian.com for several. weeks. Click the Export accounts button in the top right hand corner of the Managed accounts page. An email will be sent to you where you can download a CSV containing your full list of managed accounts, their details, and the access each user has to Atlassian Cloud products. As we add more data to managed accounts over time, we will continue to enhance the CSV.

            Regards,
            Dave Meyer
