Update your account details through Atlassian account link in Customer portal does not redirect to id.atlassian.com when logging in as JIRA Service Desk customer

      Step to reproduce:

      1. Create a user with no application access or convert customer to Atlassian Account
      2. Go to the service desk customer portal: https://<instance>/servicedesk/
      3. Click on avatar > Profile
      4. Click on the Atlassian Account link:

      Expected Behaviour

      Redirect to https://id.atlassian.com

      Actual Behaviour

      Redirect back to home: https://<instance>/servicedesk/customer/portals

      Workaround

      Directly go to https://id.atlassian.com

      Notes

      This doesn't affect users with application access.
