When we grant or revoke a role to a user for Jira product discovery, the following log is stored in the Audit log functionality

Granted User role to <user> for (jira-product-discovery-49eaf42b-1cc3-4e15-ac29-e4504ae51bd1) 

Revoked User role from <user> for (jira-product-discovery-49eaf42b-1cc3-4e15-ac29-e4504ae51bd1)

A site ID is appended to the product. 

This is not the case when the user role is granted to another product like Jira or Confluence, where the site URL hyperlink is added to the product name.
