Description

The Atlassian Guard user interface could benefit from more robust filtering options, specifically to distinguish between managed and unmanaged users. Currently, there is no direct way to filter users based on whether their accounts are managed by an organization or are unmanaged, external accounts. This lack of filtering makes it difficult for administrators to manage users effectively, especially in organizations using Atlassian Access. Org admins need to export at both org and site level and reconcile, but it would be better if filters are in Export users at the site level itself.

Workaround

• 'Export accounts' at the org level to first get the list of all managed accounts, then
• Navigate to the site level and select 'Export Users' > 'Users' > Download file.
• Then reconcile these 2 tables against each other, matching on Atlassian account ID

Suggestion
Please provide an option to display differently managed users, such as filters, while exporting.
