Grant Org admins a billing admin role when they join discovered products.

      Problem Definition

      When Org admins join discovered products created by managed accounts, they are not automatically granted billing admin permissions if the org is on the new billing engine.

      Suggested solution

      Grant Org admins a billing admin role when they join discovered products without them needing to request a current billing admin to add them.

      Workarounds

      Request for the current billing admin to add your account as a billing admin.
