Problem Definition

At the moment, it's not clear how the Organization Insights charts can be used to help org. admins monitor how Atlassian Cloud products are being used by users/managed users.

The documentation: Gain insights into product usage and security practices explains what each chart displays, but doesn't provide example use cases or scenarios where a particular chart would be helpful.

Suggested Solution

• In the Organization Insights page, build a section under each chart which provides example use cases of how the chart can be used
• List suggestions from the Atlassian Community on how to leverage the data from the charts to help make decisions or monitor how the linked Cloud products are being used on that particular organization

Why this is important

• Allow org. admins to make better use of the feature
• Increase adoption of the feature
• Help identify areas for further development/growth
• Possibly leverage contributions from Community
