Option to Export a List of Licensed Users from a Specific Site.

      Issue Summary:

      Introduce a feature to export only users who hold a product license within a site.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Go to the Site >> Users >> Export users

      Expected Results:

      There should be an option to export solely the list of licensed users for the site, rather than all users.

      Actual Results:

      Currently, the export includes all active users in the site, encompassing both those with site access and those without product access.

      Workaround

      As a workaround, you can add all users to a specific group and assign product access exclusively to that group. This method allows you to get an accurate count of licensed users when exporting from the group.

            For organizations that utilize Atlassian products across multiple teams and require easy access to billable users per product, the current reporting system is severely lacking and requires a lot of manual effort in filtering post-export to get any usable data.
