It would be very helpful to generate, schedule (and send via email) a report, from the Insight section
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to admin.atlassian.com > Security > Insights.
Expected Results
Option to generate and schedule a report that can be sent automatically to specified users via email.
Actual Results
There isn't an option to generate a report or schedule to send the information to the required users.
Workaround
In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest the next:

- To get the user's last active dates with the following information:
- Return a user’s last active date for each product listed in the Atlassian Administration.
- Active is defined as viewing a product's page for a minimum of 2 seconds.
- The data for the last activity may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
- If the user has not accessed a product, the product_access response field will be empty.
- Finally, you to get an email with the users in your managed section and User's section in the below paths:

- Go to admin.atlassian.com > Select your Org > Directory(top panel) > Managed accounts(left panel) > Export accounts
