[AX-1436] Ability to set up a security notification to all Org admins about any new Administrative access role is granted to a new user

Having the ability to enable a notification to all org admins for any new administrative role granted to a new user.

Get a notification sent to all org admins about the new user added as such admin role (either site admin or Org admin).

Feature not available

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
