      Issue Summary

      Having the ability to enable a notification to all org admins for any new administrative role granted to a new user.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a new Org admin/Site admin to the instance, following the documentation.

      Expected Results

      Get a notification sent to all org admins about the new user added as such admin role (either site admin or Org admin).

      Actual Results

      Feature not available

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            This is one of the activities Atlassian Guard Detect will notify about, so it already exists as part of Atlassian Guard Premium
