Issue Summary
In the Discovered Products page (under Security), some products listed in the table will not show any Last Active dates. If you were to use the search bar to query for the full URL of the site name, the Last Active dates can appear for those products.
Steps to Reproduce
- View Discovered Products table and confirm no Last Active dates are shown for the product you expect/know to have activity
- Search for the full site URL of which those products are under
- Confirm Last Active dates appear
Expected Results
There should be consistency regardless of any search queries being made. If no Last Active dates appear for a product without any search, then we should also expect that to be the case after the search (vice versa).
Actual Results
Inconsistency in presenting data. Product's with no Last Active dates before a search will sometimes show a date after a search is done.
Workaround
If you know for sure activity for a product exists, and it does not show up (without you applying any filters), try searching for those products URL.
This Bug issue was raised based on a support ticket for my organization. Our list of Discovered Products has well over 700 items.
The last active dates for many discovered products are missing from both the Discovered Products page in Security (as described above), and from the export – the same products are missing last active dates in both the online list and the CSV export.
The workaround mentioned above might be temporarily acceptable if there were only a few, but will not work given the large number missing last active dates.
This is very important to us. Thanks for working on it.
