Description
Atlassian has a range of Cloud IPs which need to be whitelisted correctly in customer environment. However in many regulated environments this may not be done correctly.
This may result in issues related to page loading, email reception, UI errors. Troubleshooting such issues may take much time.
Suggested Resolution
Provide a tool which the customer can download or run in their local environment. This should give a report of all Atlassian Cloud IPs and domains which are blocked in the customer environment.
