Current Behaviour

The "What are my options for Shadow IT apps" documentation suggests that admins can add themselves as admins for Shadow IT apps. However, it doesn't clarify that this option is only available for apps on the centralised user management.

Problem: Organisation Admin from the parent organisation is not able to see the "Join as Admin" option for Discovered products when this product was created using the Original user management experience.
This fact prevents the user from joining discovered products as an Org Admin.

Suggestion

Make this option available for all sites regardless of the user management experience.

Why is this important?

Org admins should be able to grant themselves admin access to all Discovered products created by all their managed accounts.
