Display Accurate Deletion Date on Admin Portal for Cancelled Subscriptions

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

When customers cancel their subscriptions, a pop-up for "Cancellation pending" appears in the Admin Portal. However, no information is provided as to when the site is expected to be deleted.

This lack of information can lead to confusion and uncertainty for the customers, especially when they are trying to delete an Organization they no longer need.

      • The proposed feature is to display the accurate deletion date on the UI once a subscription is cancelled.
      • This will provide customers with a clear timeline of when they can expect the site to be deleted.
      • This feature will enhance transparency and improve the user experience by providing customers with the necessary information to manage their organizations effectively.
