Ability to set notifications when Atlassian Account details are updated

      Users are affected by changes performed on their managed Atlassian Account by Organisation Administrators or User provisioning, especially Time zone changes.

      Suggestion:

      We want to provide a way to notify the users of such changes so they can acknowledge and update them if required.
