Include audit logs for JWM/Business type projects

      Issue Summary

      For Cloud Enterprise customers, user-created events such as issue deletion are being tracked. This is true for JSW project types.

      However, this is not supported in JWM/Business type projects. 
      User-triggered events in JWM/Business type projects, such as issue deletion, are not recorded in the Org Audit logs. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      • In the JWM/Business project, delete an issue key
      • In the Org Audit log (Admin UI > Security > Audit Log), search for the issue key or filter with the "Deleted Jira Issue" activity.

      Expected Results

      • The deleted issue key from the JWM/Business project should be recorded in the audit log. 

      Actual Results

      • The event is not recorded in the Audit log
