Filtering for Access non-billable managed accounts can return users with product access, as seen in the non-billable logic
This is sometimes confusing for Org Admins as maybe such users become non-billable due to Enterprise \ Opsgenie \ Statuspage license provided from outside the org where the domain is claimed & Access subscription is enabled.
Suggestion
Provide a self service report which will allow organization administrators to see the enterprise license usage.
Ideally - there should be a banner or label marking such users as non-billable due to Enterprise\Opsgenie\Statuspage\non-billable policy membership.
Workaround
- Go to Organization Managed accounts
- Click on "Export Users" and download the CSV file
- Filter for the active users on the "Status" Column
- Filter the product column (ie. Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management) and look for accounts that have access to your Enterprise sites.
