      Organization Audit log does not show Jira Issue events

      This is reproducible on Data Center: N/A

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira issue
      2. On the Organization Audit log, filter by: "Created Jira Issue".

      Expected Results

      The action of the create Jira issue should be displayed.

      Actual Results

      Nothing appears for the selected actions.

      Workaround

      No available workaround.

            After developer's review it was identified that this behavior is not really a bug, but actually part of the restrictions imposed on Audit log activities.

            The following document sets the expectation over the Organization Audit log in regards to User activity:

After developer's review it was identified that this behavior is not really a bug, but actually part of the restrictions imposed on Audit log activities. The following document sets the expectation over the Organization Audit log in regards to User activity: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-organization-activities-from-the-audit-log/ Tracking user-created activity in the audit log is available when you upgrade your products to an Enterprise plan.             aborzzatto The customer will need to have both Access as well as Enterprise Jira to be able to see these events. Regardless of what is seen in the dropdown, both are needed.

            aborzzatto Also to clarify, is this Jira on a data center or through Atlassian Cloud? Our team only focuses on Cloud products.
