Problem Definition

The "transfer list" currently shows a static list of prerequisites that need to be met before the "Transfer products" button is clickable

Suggested Solution

• Make the list dynamic - when certain prerequisites are met, remove that item from the list
• Alternatively, each item can receive a check mark(or strikethrough tag) once that particular requirement has been satisfied

Why this is important

• Easier for admins to see what they need to do to be able to transfer the linked sites to another org.
• The "Delete organization" experience displays a dynamic list of requirements
