If a domain is claimed, the org admins should be able to block managed accounts from creating new organizations.

That´s an absolute pain for everyone who is not on enterprise plan! All the security measures that are implemented can be bypassed easily. For me, that is not a change request, but a high critical bug fix! Sensitive data is spread all over public pages in Confluence. All the highly recommended security badges are useless as far as this option is possible for every user within the org.
