After successfully verifying a domain and enabling Identity Manager, the Managed Users screen display an incorrect message:

You have no managed users

Your organization does not have any verified domains. Complete the domain verification process to manage accounts in this organization.

If you click the Verify Domains button that follows the message, it takes you back to the Domain page where its already Verified.
