Problem

When a site administrator toggles the New users have access to this product button on the Product access page (https://admin.atlassian.com/s/SITEIDHERE/apps) this information is not sent to the organization audit log.

Why is this important

The organization audit log logs other product access events but this one seems to be missing. Being able to audit when a user toggled this button would be helpful for investigations.

Desired Solution

Track who toggled the New users have access to this product setting and when that change was made.
