Issue Summary

      When viewing the "Discovered Products" page in Atlassian Access, you will see sites that have been deleted.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1, Have a user that has created a Confluence/Jira site that is a managed user
      2. Step 2, have the site deleted
      3. Step 3, Check the "Discovered Products" page

      Expected Results

      Deleted site will no longer show up in the list of discovered products
      or
      The site shows up as having been deleted

      Actual Results

      Site shows as if it were an Active site.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            This issue affects our organization. 'Discovered products' page shows sites that have already been acted up on and cancelled/deleted several weeks ago. Please resolve this issue or at least add status alongside each item and retain in list only until instance is permanently deleted.
