project.xml improperly formatted in source distro

Steps to Replicate
The maven build command doesn't work:

1. Download the 4.0.1 source distro from http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/JIRASourceDownloads.jspa
2. Unzip
3. CD into the root of the unzipped directory, and then into the jira directory
4. Run maven idea
   The following error is thrown:

   >> ParseError at [row,col]:[1629,28]
   Message: Unrecognised tag: 'm2-transitive'
   

Workaround

1. edit atlassian-jira-enterprise-4.0.1-source/jira/
2. Delete the line <m2-transitive>true</m2-transitive> from line 1629
3. Rerun maven idea
