Description
Suppose you're using some invalid characters in a link name (the page still does not exist) and getting a "create-page" link. You CAN NOT create any page using that link since the title used there is not valid and on the other hand the title is LOCKED in link/page creation process so you can rename it...
Maybe the best way is not to generate any page-creation link when the page/link title is not valid. Another solution can be so that the page title is NOT locked when the title is not valid!
Any better idea?
