Upgrade fails for DB2 due to incorrect dialect

    Description

      Upgrading to Confluence 2.3 from 2.2.10 with DB2 running as external DB fails due to the class name change : com.atlassian.util.DB2Dialect was renamed to com.atlassian.hibernate.dialect.DB2Dialect

      After changing this in the confluence.cfg.xml the update works.
