Preview is not working when richeditor is disabled.

      Preview is not working when richeditor is disabled in global options. This seems was working at least in 2.0.1.
      I'm disabled wysiwyg editor to improve performance but this leaded to the issue above.
      Will it actually improve simple editor page loading when rich editor disabled?
