Unclosed file handles.

Somewhere within confluence we are not closing files correctly. The result is that after period of time, "TOO MANY FILES OPEN" is the response we get when attempting to export a space using the Html exporter. Im sure that we would receive this error from other processes that attempt to open a file as well.

We need to track down when we are opening files, and ensure that they are closed in a consistent manor.
