hardcoded column names in the jira bridge are incorrectly cased and fail on Sybase

Sybase is case sensitive and the integration bridge for user management has incorrect casing of column names.

This is critical. A user has had to edit and recompile these classes.

Any fix should remove the hard-coding and at least use global constants - ideally we could move the column names into a configuration file.
