Lucene indexing queue

Include a smart queue for indexing calls, decoupled from the generation of the document via the Hibernate session (increases performance by an amazing degree with rules).

Consider config. based sizing limitations on the sizes of the queue; even if they are ridiculously large. It is far better to control the amount of memory which may be taken up here than to open up a black hole.
