Macro Browser not working after applying patch for Confluence 3.0.2

After applying this patch in Confluence 3.0.2, clicking on Macro Browser is not working at all.

Here is the output of the Javascript error:

Fix

If you've applied the original patch (available until May 20th 2010) please replace the following file in your Confluence installation directory:

<CONFLUENCE_INSTALL>/confluence/includes/js/macro-browser.js

with the updated version which you can download from here.
