Only list a referring page once

      In the text for a given page, quite often I refer to the subject of another page more than once. As a result, I use the link syntax for each reference. This allows the reader to jump to that topic from whatever location triggers the need to do so. This works fine.

      However, when you follow a link from a page that lists that link multiple times, the destination page shows the linking page multiple times as well. This is unnecessary. As a result for a much-referenced page, the "from" list can be inordinately cluttered.
