Edit in word doesn't work over different domains

      Edit in word doesn't work when accessing Confluence over different (sub)domains. This is when Confluence is proxied behind an Apache server.

      The Referer URL should be obtained from the HTTP session. That way, Confluence can work in subdomains because the server base url can be retrieved from different url addresses.
