Backup doesn't save configuration

    Description

      Some or all of the configuration settings are not saved in the backup. For example, to upgrade from 1.0 to 1.02, I did a backup, then replaced the entire Confluence directory with the new version, then restored from backup. My mail server was not restored, and my colors were not restored.
