Description
NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.
I just upgraded to Confluence 3.5.13 (clustered) and tried to install Team Calendars. Even though the plugin installs it won't start

I found a KB entry and some info from Jira issues, but they did not help.
I am using Oracle 11g with isolation level 2 set in the confluence.cfg.xml.
