Source Tree - Won't Load

Source Tree Won't Load...

I was able to get it to load by wiping our the profile in appdata, within 24 hours, the app will not open again.

we have uninstalled, rebooted, reinstall, rebooted.

We have also Unloaded AV and tried again - Same issue.
