      We'd really like to accelerate the creation of "template" issues containing a standard set of sub-task "steps". Ie: this template here:

      Task
      Concept Sketch
      Model
      Normal Map
      Skin

      Would be done 50-100x, once for each art asset we're tracking. We have the high-level list and I want to accelerate the creation of these issues with their steps as sub-tasks. I was looking into doing this with Jelly tags (I can perl some XML that would describe what we want but I can't express "sub-task" with the existing set of jelly commands.
