Add an "Associate" operation to Fields, Screens and Workflows

I have 350 projects for which I need to migrate the Workflow Scheme, Issue Type Scheme and Issue Type Screen Scheme.

I also need to change the Field Configurations. About 300 of those projects don't even have a Field Configuration Scheme. They use the Default Field Configuration.

For Issue Types, I took me less than an hour since there is an "Associate" operation on the Issue Type Scheme management page. I could set the desired migration parameters and let the tool run the migration in batch.

For the other parameters, It will take me days to go through all the clicks! Please do something about this!

I hope this fits well with the scope of issue JRA-3156.
