Active directory login problem

      We have activated LDAP (Active Directory) login. Since then quite many users have been locked out of the login. This leads into a lot of work for our PC/Network department. They would like to know how this works. Is there anyway to set this up better? Why are they locked out so easy?

      In addition, is Secure ID identification used in Jira?
