It bothers the heck out of me that I cannot use Browse functionality to search through my file folders to select the appropriate backup/restore or import file. I always have to remember the correct file path. etc. This bothered me recently when I was thinking about importing in a bunch of issues from an external system and realized that I had put it in a location that I could easily type rather than being able to just browse for it.

Or am I missing something here...? Help, please How does everyone else do this without being able to browse your file system?
