Watcher List is shown upwards and "Add Watchers" option is not available

      Summary

      Clicking on "Watchers" number icon to add watchers is not giving an option to add watchers. Instead the list moved upwards and the "Add Watchers" option is cropped.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue. (Make sure you have at least 40 users in your JIRA)
      2. Add all the users as "Watcher" for the issue.
      3. Click on the "Watchers" number icon to view all the watchers.

      Expected Results


      "Add Watchers" option is visible.

      Actual Results


      "Add Watchers" option is not visible.

      Note

      Problem is not browser related.

      Workaround

      Use the More > Add Watchers option to add watchers to an issue.
