Add ability to remove add-on / plugin / app data as well upon Uninstallation.

      Actual Behaviour

      When uninstalling a plugin, all it's tables still remain in the database and there are information in the instance as well. This could cause trouble when upgrading / migrating JIRA.

      Expected Behaviour

      When uninstalling a plugin, the admin should have an option to export the existing data and remove the actual plugin data from the database as well.
