Associating a project with a scheme should be just as easy as associating a scheme with a project. This is not currently the case.

Say I've created a Notification/Permission/IssueField scheme, and now want to associate a project with it. There is a 'projects' column sitting there waiting to be filled in, but there's no "Add" button that would let me quickly add the project. I have to go "Projects" in the left-hand menu, find the project(s), and associate the scheme with them. This is annoying, considering that schemes are typically created after projects.
