Whilst the addition of new functionality to allow multiple permissions to be added to a group in one transaction is very useful, it would be even better if 1 or more permission can be added to multiple groups in one hit.

I spotted this when I was trying to add the new permissions of "Schedule Issues" and "Move issues" to existing groups, and at present I have to do each group (of which we have many!) in turn.
