Investigate effort required to support SQL Server 2008

      When the new version of SQL Server is released, we will need to investigate the effort required to support it in JIRA. Currently, it has been announced that support for the text, ntext and image column types will be dropped in favour of varchar(max), nvarchar(max) and varbinary(max), which means we will need to prepare a new field type file for SQL Server 2008 databases.
