Allow mean, median, sum as statistics for votes and other numeric fields

      Currently all our statistics portlets just handle 'count'. We should add 'sum' for numeric fields such as 'votes' and 'duration' fields.

      One thing we should be careful of is when you click through on these numbers, you won't get the right number of issues however.
