Jira says JAVA_HOME contains spaces even if it doesn't

      If you run Jira through the DOS prompt you will see the following message:

      JAVA_HOME "C:\j2sdk1.4.2_07" contains spaces. Please change to a location without spaces if this causes problems

      This is obviously wrong.
