Ability to have selective resolutions based on the transition. For example, if an issue is in the Pending/Open State and it is to be closed because it's a duplicate, in the resolve screen, it should only show like "closed-mistaken" and other related resolution.

Just like in our case, we have a resolution "fixed-committed" for the development-complete transition, and a resolution of "verified" for dev-complete issues that have been tested successfully. So, for Transition from dev-in-progress to dev-complete, it should show the resolution "fixed-committed" and other relevant resolution, but not "verified".
