Add to the searching docs sections of stop words and about how the lucene stemmer works

      We have a doc about the stop words here, http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Words+ignored+when+searching. Perhaps we can clean this up and add a bit about how the stemmer may make things "less than intuitive".
