Last two builds JIRA won't allow setting an issue to unassigned as a Post function in workflow transitions

      I've noticed during the last few builds that when I've been updating a workflow, I can not add post functions that unassign an issue. Existing post functions still work. The work around I've been using is to edit the xml and re-import the workflow. This is time consuming.
